The TR-3000 captures high speed transients and long term system disturbances with enough memory to give you a complete view of the system disturbance. While simple and quick to set up and diagnose a fault; it has the power to analyze complex system anomalies.
The DR-300 is designed specifically for Distribution market and the only tool you need to capture and diagnose power system anomalies. With multiple recording modes and continuous transient oscillography, you will never miss an event. The DR-300 captures high speed transients and long-term system disturbances with enough memory to give you a complete view of the system disturbance.
Alarm systems
AMETEK’s new AN-3200 Annunciator brings alarm monitoring to a new level. It features long life, reliable LED illumination for local viewing of alarms and a host of communication options to connect to other devices. Alarms can be viewed remotely via a standard web browser using a built-in web server. The web browser displays a graphic image for each event with the date and time of the occurrence.
Based on the highly acclaimed Series 90, AMETEK’s new Series 90A Annunciator brings alarm monitoring to new levels. It has several communication options, can provide time stamped alarms and all features and options are field configurable. Installation and setup have been simplified marking this an ideal fit for new projects or system replacements. The unique software configuration provides more features and functions a mouse click away.
AMETEK’s new Series 90B Annunciator brings alarm monitoring to a new level. It features long life, reliable LED illumination for local viewing of alarms and a host of communication options to connect to other devices. Alarms can be viewed remotely via a standard web browser using a built-in web server. The web browser displays a graphic image for each event with the date and time of the occurrence. Every Series 90B Annunciator is equipped with low-power, long-life LEDs. The brightness exceeds standard incandescent bulbs and lasts years longer. If an LED needs replacing, an automatic detector provides notification so critical alarms are not missed. An optional built-in ground fault detector is available for indicating ground faults in field wiring.
AMETEK’s Model 57 self-contained single alarm point annunciator provides dedicated annunciation for a single field contact. Applications exist where a single process variable, or multiple isolated process variables, are so important to the success of the process or the safety of the plant personnel that a single point of dedicated annunciation has no substitute.
The Model AN-6150 is a compact, cellular display unit which allows a wide variety of customer configurations. Any combination of four standard window sizes can be accommodated in each cell. These cells can be configured in any matrix up to 6 high and 6 wide. The single module is designed to DIN 2.84″ x 5.67″ standard.
Event recorders
Each SERNET product can work as a stand-alone system monitoring up to 48 digital inputs or multiple SERNET units can be networked together to form a larger system with all events consolidated in one chronological list as they occur. A single WEB browser screen can display alarms from several SERNET units, making it easy to see the interaction between different equipment types or processes. This flexibility makes it easy to analyze alarms across an entire site or even across multiple sites for a larger system view – much better than piecing together a list of alarms from multiple devices.
The AMETEK DMS 3K is a flexible, remote alarm management system. It captures alarms from digital or analog inputs, displays alarms on the built-in web server and provides outputs to remote annunciator displays and other devices using serial and Ethernet communications. Alarms can be time stamped to the millisecond for sequential events recording and email notification can be provided for critical events.
Meters and transducers
AMETEK’s JEMStar II has the highest accuracy in the market, provides many communication options and monitors your power quality to make it the ideal choice for any metering application. An impressive color display makes it easy to view power measurements, phasor displays and meter diagnostics. The JEMStar II is easy to use and configure with our intuitive JEMWARE software and the meter display provides a user menu to show and edit configuration details. The JEMStar II has 1 GB of non-volatile memory to store your metering and power quality data for as long as you want. The meter has a single base model that can be used for simple revenue and billing applications as well as more complex power quality monitoring applications.
AMETEK Power Instruments offers a wide range of Rochester Analog Power Transducers for meeting all of your power measurement needs. The transducers consist of two families of products; the Process and Ultra series. Each one is designed to provide an exact fit for your monitoring application.

The SPECTRA BC30 Flame Sensor features IR and UV sensors with built-in background flame discrimination, making it suitable for a wide variety of fuels. Compatible with coal, gas and oil burners, the flame sensors help increase burner efficiency, reduce NOx emissions and improve safety. In addition to flame ON/OFF, the flame sensor provides real time status of flame strength and flame frequency for better control of burner operation. The reliable unit includes failsafe relay contacts and visual indicators for system health and flame On/Off status. The 4-20mA analog output and Serial Modbus communication provide real-time flame signal information for direct connection to burner management systems.
Eliminate false turbine trips and performance uncertainty with AMETEK’s new SpectraTM GT30 Flame Sensor. The GT30 is an extremely robust, compact optical flame sensor that receives UV energy from the combustion process and transmits a 4-20 mA analog signal proportional to flame intensity. The GT30 operates continuously at 257OF (125OC) without cooling or at mounting temperatures up to 700OF (371OC) and an operating temperature of 400OF (204OC) with the use of an optional cooling coil. The GT30 can withstand combustion pressures up to 30 Bar (435 psi) so that no intermediate windows or pressure barriers are required.
AMETEK Hermetic Exhaust Gas (EGT) and
Wheel Space Frame Turbine Thermocouples
are the latest OEM production qualifi ed
design and incorporate many improvements
overprevious thermocouple offerings.
AMETEK’s new thermocouple is 100%
hermetic whichensures longer product
life, improved temperature accuracy, and
no troublesomeinsulation resistance failures
during operation.The junction box mounts
directly to the radiationshield or turbine case
and eliminates the problem of mineral insulated
cable extending outside the turbine. Materials
were carefully selected to ensure long life and
to eliminate vibration and galling failures. This
new thermocouple, used in conjunction with
AMETEK’s fl exible cable, provides a product
